Library Cards
Vinalhaven residents or property owners are eligible for a free
library card. Summer residents may purchase a seasonal temporary
card for $10.

Renewals can be made by calling or emailing the library. We do
not renew materials that have a hold on them.

Holds
Books and other materials checked out may be reserved by a staff
member. You will be notified when the material is available.
Lost Materials
The borrower will be charged the full cost of lost materials.
Interlibrary Loans
Materials not owned by the library may be obtained through
interlibrary loan.
