"Scallops scallops everywhere and all the meats to eat!"

This talk will highlight the uniqueness of scallops as a species and delve into the industries working to bring it to our tables. We'll also learn about how these industries are managed and the research being conducted around the state to understand the ecology, biology, and economics of scallops and the industries they support.
