  • We are open:

    Tuesday & Thursday 1-7

    Wednesday & Friday 9-5

    Saturday 9-12

    We are closed on State and Federal Holidays.

  • Library cards are free for residents or property owners.

    Season non-residents or island visitors may purchase a $10 seasonal library card. Fee payable by check or cash.

    Please bring your proof of residence or photo id when picking up your library card.

  • Loan periods are as follows:

    ‘New Releases’ loan period is 10 days.

    Books, audio book, etc., loan period is 21 days.

    Videos and DVD’s loan period is 5 days.

  • Renewals can be made by calling or emailing the library here. We do not renew materials that have a hold on them.

  • The borrower will be charged the full cost of lost materials.

  • We are grateful for your generous donation of material from library patrons, please contact the librarian to schedule a book donation appointment. Please bring your books in a box at that time.

  • Yes, we offer printing, scanning and photocopying services.

    Our printers are black and white. We print on 8.5x11paper. The cost of printing, scanning or photocopying is .25¢ per page. Payable by check or cash.

  • We do not fax.

  • Yes, we offer inter-library loans. Please contact the librarian here for assistance.

  • We offer a weekly Saturday 10am story time for children in the Sara Bonnett Stein Children’s Room at the library.

  • The library continues to build upon our location based – history based – Fox Island specific materials and our collection of non-fiction, fiction, DVD’s and documents related to the Fox Islands.
